Just now doing a full search of my C: drive for *tomtom* (-looking in hidden files and folders ticked), the following two files have shown up: (Win Exp is always set to "Show hidden files and folders. And there's never been anything showing in it. In all other attempts to try, and retry, the uploading and downloading, the only TomTom folder I've ever found was the TomTom DesktopSuite folder in C \Programs.
